1 lb butter (real butter only) soften
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
Preheat oven to 275°
Cream
butter and sugar together. Add in 2 1/2 cups of flour. Blend
together. Knead remaining 1/2 cup flour into dough a little at a time
until dough cracks during kneading. You might not use the full 1/2 cup
flour. Roll out to 1/4" thick. Use cookie cutters to shape. Place on
ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork. Bake for 20-25 mins or
until very slightly browned. Let cool. Eat slightly warm or let cool
completely and dip in chocolate or frost! SOOO good! :-) Enjoy
