Parmesan Buttered Rice

White rice (I just use my rice cooker - but you could do Minute Rice)
1/2 cup butter 

1-1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

Directions: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until browned. Place rice in a serving dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Pour butter over rice; cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley
